Magnesium for kids that tastes of real strawberries
This kids' magnesium powder pairs magnesium bisglycinate with vitamin B6 in its active P-5-P form. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system, and both magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The flavour comes from freeze-dried strawberries, not flavouring.

Bisglycinate and active B6
The magnesium comes as bisglycinate, bound to the amino acid glycine. Each scoop contains 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, which is 100% of the reference intake.
Strawberries, not flavouring
A quarter of the powder is freeze-dried strawberries. A touch of steviol glycosides rounds off the sweetness, with no added sugar or flavouring.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. It fits well into the routine of kids who do sport or after-school activities.
Dosage
One scoop for kids, two from age 12
- Children aged 6–12: 1 scoop (5 ml, 3.2 g) a day.
- Children from 12 and adults: 2 scoops (10 ml, 6.4 g) a day.
- Stir the powder into 150 ml of water and adjust the amount of water to taste. It can be taken at any time of day, or with a meal if your child has a sensitive stomach.
