Morning or evening makes no difference here: two capsules at any point in the day and your daily dose is done. Male Support TESTO+ by Nordbo is a vegan food supplement for men that packs 600 mg of fenugreek extract with 120 mg of saponins into those two capsules, along with ginseng, L-arginine, L-citrulline and beetroot extract.
The micronutrients are documented in the table, so it can be said precisely what each of them does. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis (100 µg, 182% NRV), zinc to normal fertility and reproduction (2.6 mg, 26% NRV), magnesium to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (60 mg, 16% NRV) and vitamin D to normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system (20 µg, 400% NRV).

Dosage
