Nutrigums Mind & Focus Complex gummies combine ashwagandha, L-theanine and four vitamins in a chewable jelly with natural raspberry flavour, for adults and children from 12 years. Instead of swallowing capsules, you simply chew a gummy. Two gummies deliver 6 active ingredients in bioactive forms, including vegan vitamin D3.
- Vitamin B5 3.6 mg (60% NRV) – pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamins B6 8.4 mg (600% NRV) and B12 1.5 µg (60% NRV) – both contribute to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vegan vitamin D3 1.5 µg (30% NRV) – contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Ashwagandha 50 mg – Withania somnifera root extract 10:1, equivalent to 500 mg of the root of this traditional Ayurvedic herb.
- L-theanine 10 mg – an amino acid naturally found in green tea leaves.
- Vegan gummies with pectin – no gelatine, artificial sweeteners or colours; colour comes from anthocyanins.
Dosage
Adults: 1–2 gummies daily. Children from 12 years: 1 gummy daily. Chew before swallowing. Pack: 60 gummies (150 g).
