An hour of sparring in the heat costs you more than water. Multi Hydration is a blueberry flavoured powder you stir into a cold drink, and it draws its minerals from six natural sources rather than a single synthetic salt.
Those sources are dried coconut water CocoMineral®, Aquamin F seaweed (Lithothamnion sp.), Himalayan salt, watermelon powder, Aquamin Mg TG and magnesium bisglycinate. One gram scoop delivers 148 mg of magnesium and 320 mg of calcium, which is 39 and 40 % of the nutrient reference value.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and to normal neurotransmission. You dose it as needed, one to two scoops a day.

Directions
Stir 1 to 2 g, that is 1 to 2 scoops, into a cold liquid and drink as needed. Handy after training and on hot days.
