Multi Kolagen is a powder blend of three bioactive bovine collagen peptide types, FORTIGEL®, TENDOFORTE® and VERISOL®, paired with vitamin C. One 14 g scoop delivers 13,900 mg of collagen peptides and 100 mg of vitamin C.

Behind the product is Kolman Brothers, a family run company from Slovakia, while the peptides themselves come from Gelita in Germany, which has worked with collagen for more than 135 years. A single scoop a day covers the whole collagen intake: stir it into a glass of water or juice and, because the powder is neutral in flavour, it disappears into a morning smoothie just as easily.

The vitamin C is not there for show. At 100 mg it covers 125 % of the reference intake, and vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage. One pack holds 20 servings, roughly three weeks of daily use.

Directions
