How is it different from Myo-Inositol Complex capsules?
The Complex provides 1,950 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol in a daily dose of three capsules. The powder is pure myo-inositol and you choose a dose between 2 and 4 g.
Does it contain folic acid?
No. The only ingredient is myo-inositol. You will find folate separately in our Bioactive Folate.
Is it suitable during pregnancy?
The manufacturer does not intend it for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for children.
