Carnitine comes in several forms, and MyoTec picked the acetylated one for a reason: acetyl-L-carnitine is stable and readily available to the body. Each capsule delivers 510 mg of it, taken 30 minutes before a session in a cutting phase or first thing in the morning before breakfast.
L-carnitine takes part in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are converted into energy. Acetyl-L-carnitine is also a precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter found in the brain. MyoTec therefore lists this product for fat-loss training, endurance sports and periods of mental work, in functional training, fitness, CrossFit and bodybuilding alike.

How to use
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, 30 minutes before training or in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast. Drink plenty of water.
