A shake after training, another one in the evening: I Love BIO Protein is a protein you can drink at any time of day, because it blends fast and slow protein fractions in a 3:2 ratio. Each 25 g serving gives you 20 g of protein from two organic sources mixed 1:1, undenatured whey protein concentrate and native milk protein concentrate.
The milk comes from organic farms in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom and is processed at a local Austrian dairy. Whey concentrate is ultrafiltered from liquid whey; the native milk concentrate is ultrafiltered straight from cow's milk. So you get classic whey rich in glycomacropeptides, alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin, plus native whey and micellar casein, and no caseinates at all. Nothing else goes in: no sweeteners, no flavourings, no synthetic additives. GMO-free, rBGH/rBST-free.
The natural version tastes of what it is, milk and cream. MyoTec spent its time on the sourcing rather than the flavouring, and the ingredient list shows it: two lines.

How to use
Mix 25 g (one heaped scoop) thoroughly in 250 ml of water. Training days: one serving during the day, one after training and one in the evening. Non-training days: one serving during the day and one in the evening.
