Half an hour before you warm up, stir 5 g of MyoTec L-Arginine into water or juice. Nothing more to it: one amino acid in its free form, in a 300 g tub that covers 60 training sessions.

The arginine here is produced by fermentation rather than chemical synthesis, a route MyoTec chose for the bioavailability of the finished powder. Arginine is a familiar ingredient in products taken before training, and pure L-arginine behaves slightly differently from the L-AAKG salt found in many of them. The areas MyoTec names for this product are the muscle pump, muscle gain and sexual energy.
