The caffeine in NAD+ Energy does not come from a synthetic source but from guarana, and one capsule holds 29 mg of it. To that Nordbo adds 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside chloride, 300 mg of EnXtra® galangal root extract, 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 and 200 µg of vitamin B12 as active methylcobalamin.
Vitamin B12 is the only ingredient with a documented nutrient reference value, and 200 µg equals 8000 %. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. For the other ingredients we list the form and the amount as they appear on the label.
Nicotinamide riboside chloride is an authorised novel food, and the dose per capsule matches what the manufacturer states on the pack. You take the capsule at any point in the day, and a 30-capsule pack lasts a month. The shell is plant hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
