Reflex NAD+ is built on two raw materials you rarely meet in an ordinary multivitamin: 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside chloride and 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 per capsule. Nicotinamide riboside is a form of niacin authorised by the European Commission as a novel food in 2019, and 300 mg a day is exactly the upper limit approved for the adult population.
The rest of the capsule is made up of nutrients at amounts matching a full recommended daily intake. Vitamin C, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid sit at 100% of the nutrient reference value, vitamin E at 30% and copper at 15%.
Vitamin C, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, vitamin E and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Dosage
Take one capsule a day, ideally in the morning with food. Do not exceed the daily dose: 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside chloride is the maximum approved for the adult population.
