A multivitamin split across three capsules through the day works differently from one large tablet in the morning: the micronutrients arrive gradually and always with food. Nexgen® PRO spreads 33 biologically active ingredients that way, from vitamins and minerals through plant extracts to four probiotic strains.
The capsules hold loose powder rather than a pressed tablet with binders. With the pack of 90 capsules (81 g), meaning 30 daily doses, you get 90 Omega 3 capsules of concentrated fish oil free, which is also exactly a month.
Together that covers your micronutrients in one purchase instead of five boxes. The minerals come as chelates and citrates, the vitamin K2 is the MK7 form, and the selenium comes from selenium-enriched yeast.

Dosage
Nexgen® PRO: 1 capsule three times a day, always with food and never on an empty stomach. The pack of 90 capsules (81 g) covers 30 daily doses. Omega 3: 1 capsule three times a day with food, again 30 daily doses from 90 capsules. Swallow the capsules whole with a drink.
