Gut Health combines four bacterial cultures, a digestive enzyme complex and inulin from Jerusalem artichoke with slippery elm, turmeric, ginger, fennel and mint. The daily dose is two capsules with your main meal of the day.

Four cultures
Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and the branded strains Bacillus coagulans SNZ1969™ and Bacillus subtilis DE111™, each at 75 mg per daily dose.
Digestive enzymes
The complex contains proteases, lipase, amylase, bromelain, papain, lactase and other enzymes that break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Herbs and inulin
Ginger, fennel and peppermint are herbs traditionally associated with digestion. Inulin from Jerusalem artichoke is a soluble fibre.

Two capsules with your main meal
- Take 2 capsules a day, ideally with your main meal of the day.
- Wash them down with plenty of water.
