Magnesium and calcium with D3 and K2
Magnesium & Calcium delivers 300 mg of magnesium and 400 mg of calcium in citrate form in two capsules. It adds vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and zinc. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Muscles and tiredness
Both magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
D3 and K2 for bones
Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D, vitamin K and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Citrates and glycine
Both magnesium and calcium come as citrates. The formula is completed by glycine, boron and turmeric extract.

Two capsules in the evening
- Take 2 capsules a day with food, ideally in the evening.
- Wash them down with plenty of water.
- The pack contains 60 capsules, which is 30 daily doses.
