Multivitamin covers vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2 and the full range of B vitamins, plus nine minerals including zinc, selenium and iodine. It is rounded out with coenzyme Q10, turmeric, alpha-lipoic acid and bacterial cultures with inulin. Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Bioavailable forms
Vitamin B12 comes as methylcobalamin, selenium as L-selenomethionine and the minerals as citrates and bisglycinates. Thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Immunity and tiredness
Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Plus Q10, turmeric and cultures
The formula also includes coenzyme Q10, turmeric with 95% curcuminoids, alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed extract and four bacterial cultures with inulin.
Directions
Two capsules with food
- Take 2 capsules a day with food, in the morning or early afternoon.
- Wash them down with water or another drink.

Why in the morning or early afternoon?
That is what the manufacturer recommends. The capsules fit easily with breakfast or lunch, always taken with food.
Does it contain iron?
Yes, 6 mg as bisglycinate, which is 43% of the nutrient reference value.
Can I combine it with other supplements?
Watch your vitamin D3: the daily dose contains 90 µg. If you also take another product with vitamin D, add up your total intake.
