Evening capsules without melatonin
Sleep Formula is a melatonin-free evening complex. It combines L-theanine, L-tryptophan and GABA with magnesium and herbs traditionally taken in the evening, such as valerian, lemon balm, chamomile or lavender. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.

No melatonin
The formula contains no melatonin. Instead, it relies on the amino acids L-theanine and L-tryptophan, plus GABA and magnesium.
Evening herbs
Valerian, lemon balm, passionflower, chamomile and lavender are herbs traditionally used in evening blends. They are joined by saffron and sour cherry extract.
Magnesium bisglycinate
Two capsules provide 100 mg of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Two capsules before bed
- Take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before bed.
- Wash them down with a glass of water.
