Stress Relief combines L-theanine, ashwagandha KSM-66®, rhodiola, holy basil and other herbs with vitamins B1, B3, B5 and B6. Thiamin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function. You take the capsules on days when you feel under more mental strain.

L-theanine and GABA
L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves, and GABA is a substance your body makes itself. Both are commonly used in blends designed to help you stay calm during the day.
Adaptogens and herbs
Ashwagandha KSM-66®, rhodiola and holy basil are adaptogens. They are joined by lemon balm and passionflower, traditional calming herbs.
Four B vitamins
Vitamin B6 and thiamin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions
Two capsules as needed
- Take 2 capsules with food on days of increased mental strain.
- Wash them down with plenty of water.
- Don’t take more than 2 capsules in a day.
