Testo Boost combines eight plant extracts with zinc, vitamin D3 and B vitamins. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. The daily dose is split across three capsules, which you take with food.

Zinc and vitamin D3
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
Herbs from traditional use
Fenugreek, maca, tribulus, catuaba and horny goat weed are among the plants that have long been used in blends for men. They are joined by ginseng, ashwagandha and reishi.
Vitamins B3, B6 and B12
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions
Three capsules with food
- Take 3 capsules a day with a meal, ideally one rich in protein.
- Wash the capsules down with a glass of water.
