Three capsules a day deliver 990 mg of EPA and 660 mg of DHA, more than six times the amount at which the approved heart claim applies. The 90 capsule pack covers thirty days.
Each softgel holds 1000 mg of concentrated fish oil at a ratio of 33 % EPA and 22 % DHA. Being a concentrate, it takes fewer capsules to reach the same omega 3 intake than with ordinary fish oil. Every batch is analysed for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Dosage
Take one capsule three times a day, always with food. The 90 capsule pack lasts 30 days. Do not chew the capsule, swallow it whole.
Ingredients
Concentrated natural fish oil (33 % EPA / 22 % DHA), softgel shell [gelatine, humectant (glycerol), water], vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol). Allergens: contains fish and fish products. The capsule shell is made from gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
