Omega 3 Strong by NutriWorks is built around concentration: three capsules a day carry 3000 mg of fish oil and 920 mg of omega-3 fatty acids within it, of which 540 mg is EPA and 360 mg is DHA. In the usual one gram capsule the EPA and DHA share often sits around a third of the content.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. The daily serving of this product clears both thresholds.
The oil is native, meaning minimally processed, and a tocopherol blend is added against oxidation while it is still at the Finnish and Swedish plants. The capsule shell is bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. A 300 capsule pack equals 100 daily servings.

Dosage
