A bulking phase can run on five tubs standing side by side, or on one. One Stop XTREME is the second option: the 145 g daily dose carries 55 g of protein, 71 g of carbohydrate, 5000 mg of Creapure® creatine and a full vitamin and mineral panel.
Chocolate has the highest energy value in the range at 2334 kJ / 551 kcal per daily dose, because cocoa powder brings fat and fibre along with the taste. Fibre works out at 3.6 g per dose, two and a half times what the strawberry version gives.
The 2.03 kg tub lasts 14 daily doses and each dose is taken in two servings of roughly 70 g. The 5000 mg of creatine and 10 320 mg of BCAAs are therefore not the content of a single scoop but the total of both servings in a day.
Key benefits

- Zinc 7.5 mg, that is 75 % NRV – zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Digestive enzymes and live cultures – 145 mg of the Digezyme® complex, 5 mg of Bioperine® piperine and three cultures at 363 × 10⁶ CFU each per daily dose.
Directions
Measure out 145 g for the day and split it into two servings of roughly 70 g, about half of the 250 ml scoop supplied. Mix a serving into 300 to 400 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it right away. On training days the first serving fits mid-morning between meals and the second one after training; on rest days take them mid-morning and in the afternoon. The 2.03 kg tub holds 14 daily doses. Dosage follows Czech food law.
