Dosage

The daily dose is 145 g split into two servings of roughly 70 g, about half a 250 ml scoop. Mix each serving into 300 to 400 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it straight after mixing. On training days take the first serving mid-morning between meals and the second after training; on rest days take them mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
