Cocoa powder sits ahead of both the creatine and the flavouring on the ingredient list, so the chocolate taste here is not built on sweetener alone. One Stop XTREME is an all-in-one formula for a bulking phase: protein, carbohydrate, creatine, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins all land in the same shaker.
The 145 g daily dose carries 55 g of protein from the Quattro® blend of whey concentrate, native whey and micellar casein, plus 71 g of carbohydrate from oat and barley flour with maltodextrin. The dose works out at 2334 kJ / 551 kcal, of which protein accounts for 40 %.
The 4.35 kg tub holds 30 daily doses, so a full month. Fibre at 3.6 g and saturates at 2.03 g per dose are the highest figures across the flavours, which is down to the cocoa.

- 55 g protein per daily dose – the Quattro® blend of four dairy fractions; protein makes up 40 % of the energy in the dose. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
- 5000 mg Creapure® creatine – the five grams belong to the whole 145 g daily dose, both servings together, not to a single scoop. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, and the claim addresses adults performing high intensity exercise.
- 10,320 mg BCAA and 3000 mg free L-leucine – the BCAA come from the proteins used; the leucine is added on top. Alongside them sit 1800 mg beta-alanine, 2600 mg betaine and 1500 mg taurine.
- 150 mg magnesium and 7.5 mg zinc – 40 % and 75 % NRV per daily dose, both as the bisglycinate chelate. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function; zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Digezyme®, Bioperine® and probiotics – 145 mg of the enzyme complex, 5 mg of piperine and three bacterial strains at 363 million CFU each per daily dose.
- 30 daily doses per tub – 4.35 kg covers a whole month of a bulking phase, creatine and multivitamin included.
Dosage
The daily dose is 145 g split into two servings of roughly 70 g, about half a 250ml scoop each. Mix each serving into 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it straight away. On training days take the first serving mid-morning between meals and the second after training; on rest days take one mid-morning and one in the afternoon. The tub holds 30 daily doses. The dosage follows Czech legislation.
