The lowest fat figure in the One Stop XTREME range belongs to cookies & cream: 2.8 g per 145 g daily dose, 1.55 g less than chocolate. The taste is a biscuit crumbled into milk, the energy 2252 kJ / 531 kcal a day.
The 4.35 kg pack covers 30 daily doses, a full month of bulking with nothing to reorder. Each dose brings 55 g of protein from the Quattro® blend, 71 g of carbohydrate from oat and barley flour, 5000 mg of Creapure® creatine, 10 320 mg of BCAAs and eighteen vitamins and minerals.
The daily dose splits into two servings of roughly 70 g. One scoop therefore carries 2500 mg of creatine, and the 5000 mg figure is reached only once both servings of the day are in.

- Chromium 51 µg, that is 126 % NRV – chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Directions
A day takes 145 g of powder in two servings of roughly 70 g, about half of the 250 ml scoop in the pack. Mix a serving into 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it right away, as the oat flour thickens on standing. On training days the first serving fits mid-morning and the second after training; on rest days take them mid-morning and in the afternoon between meals. The 4.35 kg pack holds 30 daily doses. Dosage follows Czech food law.
