The 4.35 kg tub covers thirty days of a bulking phase without buying creatine, BCAAs or a multivitamin on the side. One Stop XTREME is built as a single powder that holds all of it together.
The daily dose is 145 g split into two servings. It carries 55 g of protein from the Quattro® blend, 71 g of carbohydrate from oat and barley flour with maltodextrin, 5000 mg of Creapure® creatine and eighteen vitamins and minerals. Fat comes to just 2.75 g, the lowest in the range for the vanilla flavour.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Dosage
The daily dose is 145 g split into two servings of roughly 70 g, about half a 250 ml scoop. Mix each serving into 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it straight after mixing. On training days take the first serving mid-morning between meals and the second after training; on rest days take them mid-morning and mid-afternoon between meals.
