The backbone of Nordbo Optic Blue is Mirtoselect®, a standardised extract of bilberry fruit (Vaccinium myrtillus). Two capsules carry 320 mg of it, holding 116 mg of anthocyanins, the pigments that put bilberry into supplements in the first place.
Alongside it sits marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta), and with it lutein and zeaxanthin. Two capsules give 30 mg of lutein and 1,500 µg of zeaxanthin. Both are carotenoids the human body cannot make for itself and has to take in through food.
Rounding off the line-up are minerals in organic forms, magnesium as bisglycinate and zinc as picolinate, plus beta-carotene from fermentation of the fungus Blakeslea trispora. Rice flour and coconut MCT oil act as fillers, and the shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Made in Sweden, free of GMO, I'm Vegan certified.

Dosage
For the first 3 months, 2 capsules once daily. After that, 1 capsule once daily. The pack holds 60 capsules.
