Optimal Recovery Whey 700 g, Chocolate
Product detailed description
Optimal Recovery Whey is an organic drink that carries carbohydrate alongside the protein. Puhdistamo combines organic whey concentrate with organic tapioca maltodextrin in a 1:1 ratio, so a single 50 g serving holds 20 g of protein and 20 g of carbohydrate. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The flavour comes from organic roasted cocoa powder, sweetened purely with steviol glycosides.
- 40 g protein per 100 g – protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
- 40 g carbs per 100 g – tapioca maltodextrin, easily soluble.
- Organic certification – 96.6 % of the ingredients carry the FI-EKO-201 organic certificate.
- Guérande sea salt – unrefined salt from the French coast.
- No artificial sweeteners – no sucralose, aspartame or acesulfame.
- Clean label – no fillers, binders or synthetic additives.
Dosage
Mix 50 g (150 ml) of powder with 400–600 ml of any liquid. Drink it after training, or any time during the day as a snack between main meals. The pack contains 14 servings.

Puhdistamo: Finnish supplements with Lapland at their core
Puhdistamo has been making supplements in Finland since 2009. Part of its range is built on ingredients from Lapland, the far north of the country, where deep coniferous forests sit a long way from industry and pollution. The rest is a holistic selection of ingredients sourced carefully around the world, from India to the United States.
Whatever the origin, the rules are the same across the whole range: no GMO, no artificial sweeteners, and only active ingredients, with no fillers, binders or unnecessary additives. Puhdistamo is one of the best-known supplement brands in Finland, and one of the broadest ranges at BJP Store.
At BJP Store you will find
- Protein and recovery – HERA and Optimal whey and vegan proteins, Collagen Beauty and recovery blends.
- Energy and hydration – Electrolyte Powder in mango-orange and lemon-lime, plus natural energisers.
- Digestion and everyday health – Super Omega 3, Betaine HCl with pepsin, caprylic oil, vitamins and minerals.
