Optimal Recovery Whey is an organic drink that carries carbohydrate alongside the protein. Puhdistamo combines organic whey concentrate with organic tapioca maltodextrin in a 1:1 ratio, so a single 50 g serving holds 20 g of protein and 20 g of carbohydrate. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The flavour comes from organic roasted cocoa powder, sweetened purely with steviol glycosides.

Dosage
