Optimal Vegan Protein BIO combines organic whole grain rice protein with organic pea protein. The two sources complement each other so the blend covers all essential amino acids, BCAA included. There are 82 g of protein per 100 g and a single 25 g serving gives you 20 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The natural version is unflavoured, so you can mix it into anything.
