OptiMSM + C brings together three components in one powder: OptiMSM organic sulphur in pharmaceutical quality, vitamin C in the PureWay-C form with citrus bioflavonoids, and molybdenum. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The fresh lime taste comes from natural flavouring, so dosing feels like an ordinary glass of water rather than a chore.

Dosage
Mix 2–6 g (half to one and a half teaspoons) with water. Depending on the dose you choose, one pack lasts 33 to 100 servings.

Per 6 g serving: MSM 6 g, vitamin C 300 mg (375% RI), molybdenum 300 µg.
