OregaUltra CAPS is the same wild oregano oil as the drops version, only already measured out into a capsule. No counting drops and no mixing with olive oil, just one softgel and a glass of water.

Inside sits a blend of 30 % wild oregano essential oil and 70 % extra virgin olive oil. That works out at 150 mg of oregano oil and 350 mg of olive oil per capsule, and since carvacrol makes up 86 to 90 % of the essential oil, that is 130 mg.

The oregano grows wild in the highest mountain areas of Greece, and the oil is distilled by the Greek company Zane Hellas, which specialises in oregano products. The pack holds 60 capsules, which at one a day is two months.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule a day, ideally after a meal, and wash it down with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Read the enclosed instructions before use.

Extra virgin olive oil, wild oregano essential oil (Origanum vulgare heracleoticum), capsule (bovine gelatine), glycerol, water. Country of origin Greece.

Warning

Food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The capsule shell is bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Do not use if you are allergic to thyme, sage, basil or to any listed ingredient. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before use. Store in a dry place, out of the reach of children. The best before date is stated on the pack.
