Orgainic BIO Protein is a whey protein concentrate made from the milk of cows fed on pasture and hay, cold processed and certified organic. The unflavoured version lists one single ingredient on the label: whey protein concentrate. Flavoured versions add exactly one natural ingredient on top of that, also organic.

It comes in handy when you need protein quickly and would rather not swallow sweeteners, flavourings and thickeners along the way. There are 77 g of protein in 100 g and one serving is 30 g, so a 1 kg pack covers roughly 33 servings and lasts you several weeks.

It contains no lecithin and no other emulsifier, which means a spoon will not do the job. Use a shaker or a blender. Those few extra seconds buy you an ingredient list that fits on one line.

Directions

One serving is 30 g, which is two heaped tablespoons. Shake it into roughly 250 ml of water and drink it straight away. Use a shaker or a blender, because the product has no emulsifier and a spoon leaves lumps behind. Adjust how many servings you take across the day to your overall protein intake.

Ingredients

Unflavoured: organic whey protein concentrate. Flavoured versions: organic whey protein concentrate and one natural ingredient for the flavour, namely organic defatted cocoa powder, organic Tahitian vanilla powder, organic blueberry powder or organic strawberry powder. Ingredients marked as organic come from certified organic farming.

These figures apply to the unflavoured version and may differ slightly for the flavoured ones. Always check the label of the version you buy.
