How do the two flavours differ?
Cocoa with peanuts contains cocoa mass, roasted peanuts and peanut butter. Vanilla with almonds combines vanilla extract, almonds and cashew butter. Each flavour has its own ingredients list and nutrition table above.
What makes the bars sweet?
The sweetness comes from dates and date syrup, with no artificial sweeteners. Each bar contains 18–19 g of sugars, depending on the flavour. Because of the date syrup, we do not describe them as having no added sugar.
Can a bar replace a protein shake?
A bar provides 10–10.5 g of protein, while a 30 g serving of Orgainic Organic Protein provides approximately 20–23 g, depending on the flavour. The bar is a ready-to-eat snack with carbohydrates and fats; choose the powder when you want more protein in one serving.
