Orgainic Creapure® Creatine is micronised creatine monohydrate of Creapure® grade, a raw material produced in Germany and checked at several stages of manufacturing for DCD, DHT and creatinine. There is nothing else in the tub, only 100% creatine monohydrate.
Creatine is the most thoroughly researched supplement in strength training, and it earns its place wherever the work is short and hard. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, which matches the 3.4 g scoop supplied in the pack.

Directions
