Orgainic Magnesium is chelated magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate, a mineral bound to the amino acid glycine. Each pack holds 180 capsules, the daily dose is three capsules, and they give you 350 mg of magnesium, which comes to 93% of the nutrient reference value.
The chelated form is the one to pick if ordinary inorganic salts do not sit well with you. Glycine acts as the carrier here, and you can spread the three capsules across the day, morning, after training and in the evening.

Directions for use
