Orgainic Zinc Chelate is zinc in the form of zinc bisglycinate, a mineral bound to the amino acid glycine. One tablet holds 25 mg of zinc, which comes to 250% of the nutrient reference value, and the pack contains 365 of them, a full year of daily use.
Zinc is an essential trace element the body does not store away for later, so it has to come in regularly.
