Directions

One tablet contains 25 mg of zinc, while the nutrient reference value for adults is 10 mg. The percentage is a shared reference for food labelling, not a personal recommendation. Your intake from ordinary food also matters when choosing a supplement.
Should I take the pack for a whole year without a break?

Can I take it with a multivitamin?
