ORGANIC Pure Power is a whey protein concentrate made from the milk of pasture-raised cows. One 26 g serving gives you 20 g of protein, which is 40 % of the reference intake.

The ingredient list has two entries: USDA Organic certified whey concentrate and sunflower lecithin. Nothing else. No sweeteners, no flavourings, no colours, no soya. The flavour stays neutral and milky, with no sugary aftertaste, so it sits well in whatever you mix it into.

In practice it takes a minute: two scoops in a shaker, water or milk, and that is twenty grams of protein added to your day. Strength athletes and fighters take it straight after training, everyone else stirs it into porridge or drinks it in the evening when solid food did not cover the day.
