Royal jelly is the only food worker bees feed to their queen. You take it in small amounts, usually about a gram in the morning on an empty stomach, letting it dissolve slowly under your tongue.

This jar holds 25 g of pure organic royal jelly certified CZ-BIO-002. It has never been frozen or industrially processed. It comes off the hive straight into the cold and stays cold until you open the jar, which you can tell from both the texture and the flavour: thick, creamy and distinctly sour, with a sharp finish most people need a few days to get used to.

Scoop it with a wooden or plastic spoon and keep metal out of the jar. At one gram a day the 25 g jar sees you through roughly a month, so you are not rationing it, you are simply keeping every serving tiny. Plan for one thing though: it lives in the fridge, not in the cupboard.

Dosage
