Pine Bark Extract is a liquid extract from the bark of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) growing in the untouched forests of Finnish Lapland. Pine bark is a natural source of proanthocyanidins and Puhdistamo turns it into a concentrate you just drop into coffee, tea, a smoothie or a protein shake. A 2 ml daily dose contains 200 mg of extract with a standardised 100 mg of proanthocyanidins.
