After a two hour sparring session most people think of sodium and magnesium, almost nobody thinks of potassium. Yet it is an electrolyte you lose in measurable amounts through sweat.

One Potassium capsule carries 300 mg of potassium from potassium citrate, which is 15 % of the nutrient reference value. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

At the NutriWorks sites in Finland and Sweden it is potassium citrate that goes into the capsule, not the cheaper chloride. Nothing else joins it, no sweetener and no flavouring, just the active and the shell.

Directions

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal. If you take two, split them between morning and evening.
