Pre-Workout Caffeine Free is a complete pre-workout blend for anyone who does not want caffeine before training, whether because of evening sessions, sleep or simple sensitivity. Instead of stimulants it builds on L-citrulline, L-arginine, beta-alanine and branched-chain amino acids. A 20 g serving contains 5 g of L-citrulline, 2.7 g of L-arginine, 2.5 g of beta-alanine and 6.8 g of BCAA.
Shake it up 15 to 30 minutes before you step on the mat. Natural flavouring gives it the mango-raspberry taste and steviol glycosides are the only sweetener. The 10 to 20 g range lets you match the dose to the session, and the 350 g pouch covers 17 to 35 of them.

How to use
Mix 10 to 20 g (16 to 32 ml) with 200 to 400 ml of water and drink 15 to 30 minutes before training.
