Twenty minutes before the first round, you stir 15 g of Pre-Workout Complex into 300 ml of water and that is the whole pre-workout routine. The serving carries 180 mg caffeine, 2 g L-citrulline, 2 g arginine AKG, 2 g beta-alanine, 2 g creatine and 1 g taurine, the ingredients you would otherwise be measuring out of five separate tubs.

The caffeine comes from two sources, pure caffeine and 190 mg of guarana extract. Tropical fruit is the flavour, sucralose the sweetener, so there is no added sugar in the mix. A 300 g tub lasts 20 training days.

How to use
