Vitamin B12 and the nervous system
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. The daily dose contains 263 µg of vitamin B12 in three forms: adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin.
Fermentation during production
Probiotic cultures are used during production. The medium is inactivated after fermentation and the formula is preserved with cane alcohol. The finished B-complex therefore does not provide live probiotic cultures.
Recommended daily dose
2.5 ml once daily
- Shake the bottle before each use.
- Measure 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon), mix into a glass of water and drink. The 54 ml bottle comes with a measuring dropper.
- Refrigerate after opening. Observe the best-before date on the packaging.

DFE means dietary folate equivalents, used in US labelling. Folate is shown as the source states it: 1,665 µg DFE. An EU NRV percentage is omitted because a verified conversion is not available.
Other ingredients
Purified water, organic cane alcohol, organic molasses, ionic mineral concentrate and fermented probiotic medium. The medium is inactivated after fermentation.
