Protein Pancake Mix Vegan 500 g in vanilla and maple syrup is a plant-based mix for protein pancakes. A 50 g serving contains 13 g of protein from soy isolate and rice protein and only 0.8 g of fat; one serving makes 4–7 small pancakes. The pack holds 10 servings and all you add is water or a plant drink.
- 13 g of protein per serving – proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
- Vegan recipe – soy protein isolate and rice protein, with no milk or egg in the formula.
- 10 servings per pack – a 50 g serving, that is two scoops.
- 0.8 g of fat per serving – a light breakfast with 27 g of carbohydrate.
- Vanilla and maple syrup – only 1.3 g of sugars per serving.
Directions
Mix 50 g of powder (two scoops) with 100–150 ml of cold water or a plant drink. Fry the pancakes over medium heat in oil or butter until golden. One serving makes 4–7 small pancakes.

Vegan mix (corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, potato starch, gluten-free oat flour, modified potato starch, baking powder, fructose, salt), soy protein isolate, rice protein, gluten-free wholegrain oat flour, flavourings, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, thickener carboxymethyl cellulose, linseed oil powder, salt, sweetener sucralose.
