Creatine Monohydrate 250g (PÜREST™ Creatine)
Product detailed description
Puhdistamo · Creatine monohydrate · Food supplement
Pure creatine for short, hard efforts
This micronised creatine monohydrate from the Finnish brand Puhdistamo is for adults who train in short, intense bursts. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, which is what the smaller 3.4 g serving of powder provides.
- 3–5 g
- of creatine a day
- 43–73
- daily servings per pack
- 100%
- creatine monohydrate
For strength sets and sprints
Creatine fits wherever short, all-out efforts alternate with rest: strength sets, sprints, intervals or sparring.
PÜREST™ raw material
PÜREST™ creatine is tested for the unwanted substances dicyandiamide (DCD), dihydrotriazine (DHT) and creatinine. Nothing else goes in: no fillers, binders or sweeteners.
Micronised and unflavoured
The finely milled powder mixes more easily than standard monohydrate and feels less gritty. With no flavour, it goes into water, juice or a protein shake. Suitable for vegans.
Directions
One serving a day
- Take 3.4–5.7 g of powder (roughly 1¼ to 2 teaspoons) once a day. This provides 3–5 g of creatine.
- Mix the powder into 300–500 ml of water or another drink and drink it.
- Take it every day, including rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Your questions answered
How much should I take?
The manufacturer recommends 3.4–5.7 g of powder a day. For the effect described above, 3 g of creatine is enough, which is the lower 3.4 g serving. You can choose the higher serving, but do not go over 5.7 g a day.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. It is designed as one serving a day with no loading phase. What matters more is taking it consistently.
Should I take it before or after training?
Timing matters less than consistency. Pick a moment you can stick to every day, such as breakfast or your post-workout drink.
What is the difference between PÜREST™ and Creapure®?
Both are branded creatine monohydrate raw materials checked for the unwanted substances DCD, DHT and creatinine. Creapure® is made in Germany, while PÜREST™ comes from outside the EU. In both cases, creatine monohydrate is the only ingredient.

Puhdistamo: Finnish supplements with Lapland at their core
Puhdistamo has been making supplements in Finland since 2009. Part of its range is built on ingredients from Lapland, the far north of the country, where deep coniferous forests sit a long way from industry and pollution. The rest is a holistic selection of ingredients sourced carefully around the world, from India to the United States.
Whatever the origin, the rules are the same across the whole range: no GMO, no artificial sweeteners, and only active ingredients, with no fillers, binders or unnecessary additives. Puhdistamo is one of the best-known supplement brands in Finland, and one of the broadest ranges at BJP Store.
At BJP Store you will find
- Protein and recovery – HERA and Optimal whey and vegan proteins, Collagen Beauty and recovery blends.
- Energy and hydration – Electrolyte Powder in mango-orange and lemon-lime, plus natural energisers.
- Digestion and everyday health – Super Omega 3, Betaine HCl with pepsin, caprylic oil, vitamins and minerals.
