Electrolyte Powder by Puhdistamo is an advanced hydration blend in sachets – drop one into your bottle and your mineral intake during training, sauna or a hot day is sorted. It combines five main electrolytes, Guérande sea salt with more than 80 minerals and trace elements, patented OptiMSM® and vitamin C as calcium ascorbate. Mango-orange flavour, sweetened with steviol glycosides.

Dosage

Dissolve 1 sachet (5 g) in 500 ml of water, 1 to 4 times a day depending on your load. The package contains 20 sachets.

Ingredients

Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®), Guérande sea salt, malic acid (acidity regulator), potassium gluconate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium malate, calcium L-ascorbate, natural flavour, safflower concentrate, lemon concentrate, steviol glycosides (sweetener).

Per serving (5 g): OptiMSM® 1200 mg, chloride 650 mg (81 % NRV), sodium 430 mg, potassium 163 mg (8 % NRV), vitamin C 150 mg (187 % NRV), magnesium 94 mg (25 % NRV), carbohydrates 0.1 g.
