Smart Mag is built on patented Magtein® magnesium, that is magnesium L-threonate. The daily dose of three capsules contains 2000 mg of magnesium L-threonate, which corresponds to 144 mg of elemental magnesium. L-glycine completes the formula. Finnish quality with no fillers, binders or artificial sweeteners.

Dosage
Take 3 capsules daily, ideally in the evening. The package contains 30 daily servings.
