Strong Omega 3 by Puhdistamo is a concentrated Golden Omega® fish oil from sustainable fishing in the South Pacific. Two capsules deliver 1050 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 540 mg EPA and 360 mg DHA – a dose that would take far more capsules with ordinary fish oils. Added vitamin E protects the oil from oxidation.

Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily, ideally with a meal. The package contains 35 daily servings.
