Strong Vitamin C gives you 800 mg of vitamin C in a single capsule, as Pureway-C® – L-ascorbic acid combined with citrus bioflavonoids and fatty acids. One capsule a day covers 1000 % of the nutrient reference value, so it fits periods of increased load and hard training.
