Super Vitamin D by the Finnish brand Puhdistamo delivers 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 in one small capsule. The source is cod liver oil supplemented with cholecalciferol from lanolin, so along with vitamin D you also get naturally occurring vitamin A and traces of EPA and DHA. A solid partner for autumn and winter, when sunlight is not enough for your own vitamin D production.
