There is one raw material in the bag: maltodextrin from maize, which means 96 g of carbohydrate per 100 g of powder and nothing else. Production and packing both happen in Finland and Sweden, and nothing joins it on the way: no sweetener, no flavouring, no colour.

The powder is unflavoured, so you can add it to protein, to an electrolyte drink or to plain water without worrying how the two will taste together. One serving is 30 g and brings 115 kcal, useful when you need to lift your daily carbohydrate intake around training and would rather not do all of it with food.

A one kilogram bag is the simplest way to keep carbohydrate on hand for the long run. It works out at 33 servings of 30 g.

Directions

Stir 30 g, roughly one scoop, into 200 ml of water. Adjust the amount to the carbohydrate you need to add; most people use it around training.
